FEMA Calls Fake Press Conference How much more of a farce can this administration become?
The news this week of Obama’s shameful alliance with anti-gay bigot Donnie McClurkin is incredibly disappointing. I’ve been an outspoken Obama supporter so far, but unless he fixes this, I may lose interest with a quickness. I said all I have to say about McClurkin back in 2004, although, at the time, he was rightfully singing for the Republicans. As usual, Keith Boykin gets it right.

Men Receive Public Lashing for Sodomy in Saudi Arabia
TWO men in Saudi Arabia have been sentenced to 7000 lashes each after being convicted of sodomy and have received their first round of punishment in public, a newspaper said today… They were then returned to prison where they are to be held until the full punishment is completed, the newspaper added, without saying how many sessions this would involve. Homosexual acts are illegal in Saudi Arabia, which metes out strict punishment based on sharia, or Islamic law.
That is Saudi Arabia, our partners in peace.

TV Networks Discover Life Without iTunes
“While iTunes is a great service, it is not the only game in town.” —J.B. Perrette, president of digital distribution for NBC Universal
J.B., a quick note from one of your customers: iTunes is not the only game in town, but it’s certainly the only one that’s even remotely consumer-friendly. I would like to pay you money in exchange for the right to watch your television shows as often as I’d like without commercial interruption. Would you please, please just let me?
