Looks awsome man, Great job. I really like the UI (primary nav) and color treatment. Great flow and consistency.

Hi Matt,
As the internal PM on the project (and regrettably unaware of the role you played in the design), I think the design is not only what you describe, but also a true representation of our identity and tradition. Almost everyone agrees it is St. Mark’s School. As form benefits function, content benefits design if the two are married as well as you have done.

So, thanks for your effort in any role you may have played.

Shucks, thanks fellas. That’s Galliard in all its glory, Dan. I can’t claim credit for the choice of type; the school was using it in their existing print pieces—I’m a believer now, though, having had the chance to work with it at length. It has the added benefit of behaving exceptionally well with sIFR, too.

Beautiful work! I’m glad to see that some people aren’t afraid of a large header; it really distinguishes the homepage and the site as a whole.

Is that Galliard you’re using? The italic is a looker!
