Members of Bob Riley’s “Govenor’s Circle” get exclusive access to the Alabama Governor for a $40,000 donation… and Don Siegelman went to jail for giving Richard Scrushy a seat on a hospital board (that he’d held under three other governors).

At least Siegelman is getting some small measure of exoneration, though the damage to his reputation is irreparable.
