I love that I can upload my runs and see graphs of my improvements. It&#8217;s an extra incentive to work harder, to outdo myself.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As far as calibrating, do it on a track. It will make a bit of a difference, because it will take your gait and stride into account.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
